ISO 26262 Gap Analysis Now Available for the Automotive Industry

Automotive suppliers must meet new OEM requirements for ISO 26262 compliance. Yet many suppliers aren’t familiar with the standard or its implications. Suppliers are wary of the new standard, and sometimes confused about its impact on their engineering processes.

To solve these problems, kVA announces a new service: the ISO 26262 Gap Analysis. This service gives suppliers a clear view of their processes compared to the ISO 26262 standard. It provides a roadmap for suppliers, showing how to meet the requirements of ISO 26262, as quickly and simply as possible. The analysis is done by kVA’s functional-safety certified engineers. These certified experts have years of experience in automotive systems, and know how to apply ISO 26262 to real-world products.

The ISO 26262 Gap Analysis provides a concise report showing where your processes are complaint to the standard and where change is needed. The report also lists specific actions to take, in order to comply with ISO 26262. And it includes an onsite working session to uncover issues and find solutions specific to your product line. In only a few short weeks, you can get a handle on ISO 26262, and respond with confidence to OEM demands.
