Responsibilities

Specific duties are likely to include:

  • Collaborate with team members from a variety of departments and multiple levels;
  • Record and update new business leads in Salesforce;
  • Assist with proposal writing, proposal management and record keeping;
  • Manage purchase orders and generate projects in Intacct/other tools as needed;
  • Track purchase order status and assist finance team with billing time and material contracts;
  • Track and file contracts, change orders, and additional services documentation;
  • Provide administrative support to kVA management during business development, project coordination and office operations;
  • Enter and maintain data in CRM and help capture potential opportunities;
